Aurora Wings Challenge #60

Time for new challenge at Aurora Wings Challenge Blog.. Theme twist for this challenge is 'Recycled'.. 

Love this theme.. hihihi.. I choose to recycled this bottle.. *already a year pass without doing altered project hihihi*.. 

And choose to use Dark Goth Mermaid with a skull which you can find here.. colouring the gorgeous mermaid with Copic markers.. 

then varnished it with Studio Multi-Medium Gloss.. 

As for the bottle.. first I paint it with black acrylic paint (Reeves) then after it dry I add some graphit texture paste .. 

Then add skeleton dies cut out using Gina Marie Design.. 

Add more black acrylic paint to all surface.. after it dried.. add some prima metallic acrylic paint (Rusty Red) using my fingers.. already try using brush and sponge.. but the best look for me is to apply it using fingers :D 

Then put the gorgeous image on the center of the bottle.. 

And time for decorating.. I use the cute plastic skeleton hand toy, butterfly metallic filigree, chain, skeleton charms, and flowers from Len's Bloom.. paint all embellishment with black and/or rusty red paint.. and taraaaa here's my final project..

Shabby Pink Altered Bottle

Spent this Sunday afternoon, making this altered bottle.. This time I've made something girly .. Here's the bottle before alteration.. 

Material:
* Sakura Acrylic Paint: Pink (opaque) and Titanium White (opaque)
* Studio Multimedium Gloss
* Pink holographic glitter
* Ranger Holographic embossing powder
* Ranger Stickles Icicle
* Lace, Pearl chains, Cameo and setting, ribbon, pink and white crinkle ribbons, paper flower from my stash

First I paint the bottle with pink paint.. then before it dried I add white paint.. after all dried I put some multimedium gloss on top and bottom side, add pink glitter and embossing powder then heat it.. add lace and ribbon in the centre.. then pearl chains.. the last one is put the cameo with the setting.. add some stickles at the cameo.. then put the crinkle ribbon around the top and add paper flower... taraaa here's my pink girly bottle..

Aurora Wings Challenge #34

New challenge starts today at Aurora Wings Challenge Blog.. Theme for this time is 'Theatrical'..

This time I decided to make hourglass or sand clock.. And choose this cute image.. Pierrot Sprite.. which you can find here.. Colouring this cutie with Copic marker.. make it 4 set.. for front side and back side.. :D

As for the hourglass.. I used 2 small bottle.. put some silver and black glitter inside.. and attached them together.. with small mica separation.. 

For decorations and its base I use silver metal filigree embellishments.. coloured with black acrylic paint .. also flourish chipboards for its left and right sides, pearls, and small mask embellishments from Little B Stickers.. here's the picture of the materials.. 

and taraaa here's my first hourglass..

Day of the Dead Marie

Spending time making this altered bottle... using Aurora Wings image.. Day of The Dead Marie.. which you can find here..  Colour her with copic..  then apply some amount of Distress Crackle Paint Clear Rock Candy..

Bones Imprint Altered Bottle

New inspiration posting at Ching-Chou Kuik Digital Stamps Inspiration and Challenge Blog.. this one also the project for October challenge.. the theme is "Halloween / Something Spooky".. Using Bones Imprint image which you can find here.. colouring her with copic markers.. after finished colouring her I decided to put it on altered bottle.. I choose this rum bottle.. 

Covered the bottle with black acrylic paint.. then put some web and spider dies cut out using Impression Obsession Spider Web cutting dies.. paint all web and spider with black paint..

Then put some texture using my old acrylic paint which is already clot.. and some aged black embossing enamels (Stampendous).. 

I covered the image with Distress Clear Rock Candy Crackle Paint.. after it dried put the image on the bottle.. add some black paint on its edges.. adding pearl string, paper flowers, cute cat charm, chain with skull charm (all black or paint it with black).. after finished, put some copper acrylic paint here and there... and taraaaa.. here's the bottle after alteration:

Steampunk Altered Bottle for ABM # 42

Made this Steampunk Altered bottle for challenge #42 at Artbymiran challenge blog.. Using unused Irish cream bottle.. this one is the small one.. only 200ml.. this is the bottle before alteration.. 

And for the image I  use one cutie from Mi Ran.. called Steampunk Sissy.. you can find her at Whimsy rubber stamps website.. here.. she's at the clearance section.. *so be hurry if you want to have her wink*.. crop her image and colour her with copic marker.. and add some crackle paint (Distress - Rock clear candy).. 

And as for the bottle.. first I paint it with red ochre acrylic paint.. add some gears dies cut out.. and some coarse texture gel here and there.. re-paint the bottle with the same colour.. after dried add gold acrylic paint.. then put the image.. add chains, metal embellishments, paper flower, pearl.. here's the bottle:

Love the final result of the gears texture.. hehhehe.. I use gear cutting dies from Memory Box and Cheery Lynn Design.. and here's closer look at Steampunk Sissy..

Go Green Altered Bottle

New altered project.. using unused perfume bottle.. but forgot to take a photo of the bottle *hiks*.. this bottle also has unique shape .. :D

First I put some dies cut out .. I use Mistletoe from C.C. Design.. then paint the bottle with light green acrylic paint..then add some gold paint.. cover it with Distress Crackle paint Rock Clear Candy.. after dried, put some paper flowers, wood embellishments, pearl chain, charms.. and here's the result:

from this side the bottle looks like the back side of a slim lady with her elegant long gown.. hihihi..

Blue Sea - Altered Bottle

Another altered bottle.. this time I use unused mineral bottle ... love the shape hihihi... here's the bottle:

Supplies:
* white gesso
* Dylusions ink spray: After Midnight - London Blue - Vibrant Turquoise 
* Acrylic paint: Cobalt Blue - Gold
* Tim Holtz layering stencil: Bubble
* Embellishments: chipboard, metal, chain, sea-shells, buttons, pearls, gauze.. 
* Stampendous Embossing Enamel: Shabby White
