Made this one for new challenge at Ching Chou Kuik Digital Stamp Inspiration and Challenge Blog.. Theme for this month is 'Under the Sea'.. I choose to use Lilies Commitment which you can find here.. Colouring this beautiful mermaid with copic marker..
